By using the Colis Expert website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Colis Expert provides pickup and delivery of parcels, documents and pallets on Quebec's North Shore, as well as urgent medical transport and special trips.

Estimates shown online are indicative. The final price is confirmed by our team and may be adjusted if the weight, dimensions, addresses or pickup conditions differ from what was declared. Prices include a fuel surcharge and are subject to GST and QST.

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed securely by Stripe, or by monthly invoicing for approved businesses. An invoice is issued for each paid order.

Shipping hazardous materials, weapons, narcotics or any item prohibited by Canadian law is forbidden. The shipper is solely responsible for the contents of their shipments and the accuracy of the information provided.

We handle your shipments with care. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, road closures, etc.). Our liability is limited in accordance with applicable Quebec and Canadian laws.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
